There maybe movements you need to avoid preventing further joint damage and there are recommended exercises to strengthen your bones and muscles preventing arthritis flare up. Stretching or gentle exercises maybe recommended by your doctor or you may need the help of physical therapist. Always talk to your doctor before engaging in any exercise program.

Since the early 1980s, patients have the opportunity to learn to inject a drug substance in the corpus cavernosum of the penis. It causes dilation of blood vessels and causes an erection that lasts approximately one hour. For prolonged use, one can manifest problems of ischemia.

In 1998 came the molecule Sildenafil, marketed under the name Viagra ®, ensuring improved erectile function for men. It causes smooth muscle relaxation, allowing for engorgement of blood vessels in the corpora cavernosa, and is used to treat impotence. It is an assistance to obtain and maintain an erection in the presence of an arousal - sexual impulse.

Viagra ® should be used only on medical prescription and control.

Viagra ®: side effects and indications against

Its side effects are mainly related to a decrease in blood pressure (hypertension, cardiovascular disorders, etc.).
