Easy & Natural Hair Loss Treatments - The Absolute Truth Revealed!
Are you looking for the best and most effective natural hair loss treatments? Want to learn how you can easily and effortlessly stop and prevent baldness for good? Make sure you read this article now to discover the best natural treatments for alopecia that you can put into use today to start getting almost immediate improvements over your current hair loss condition.

1. Scalp Massage

Probably the cheapest and easiest way to improve the growth and volume of your hair is by massaging your scalp several times a day. Massaging your scalp improves the blood circulation in the scalp area. This means more and more growth stimulating nutrients like amino acids and biotin can be easily transferred to your hair roots. This will then directly lead to improved and healthier hair growth.

2. Prevent Further Loss and Breakage

It's absolutely vital for you to prevent further loss of your hair if you are serious about having more of it on your head. Do not wear a tight style. Also, if you notice any increase of breakage, thinning and falling after using any kind of products, stop the usage immediately. It's very likely the hair care product is causing an allergenic reaction that leads to accelerated balding.

3. Stopping Stress

Stress is one of the major inducing factors of baldness and alopecia. It's very likely the current condition you are experiencing now is caused by the extreme stress level your mind and body have to endure throughout the day. For this reason, if you are serious about having more hair on your head and stopping alopecia for good permanently, make sure you cope up with your body's stress level.

4. Eat in More Fruits and Vegetables

Eat a diet high in fruits as well as vegetables. Fruits and vegetables generally contain tons and tons of growth promoting nutrients like zinc and vitamin A. Other than that, they also contain a lot of antioxidants. This means your hair can benefit from the protection the antioxidants provide on the cellular level. As you can probably see, eating in more fruits and vegetables everyday is one of the best natural ways to improve growth and reduce the loss of hair.

5. Biotin

Biotin is considered one of the most vital nutrients when it comes to stopping and preventing hair loss. Biotin is required in your body's natural hair production. For this reason, sufficient supplementation of biotin in your daily diet ensures healthy growth and strong hair. Biotin can be found in foods like eggs, cereals and all-natural brown rice. I also recommend taking a good biotin supplement.

6. The Best Herbal Remedies for Alopecia

Herbs have been used for centuries as treatments for hair loss. In this case, two of the most well known and effective herbs are saw palmetto and nettle roots. These herbs contain natural DHT inhibiting substances. DHT or dihydrotestosterone, if you don't know already, is one of the major causes of alopecia or baldness. The nutrients contained in these herbs also mean that they are capable of promoting healthy hair growth.

Herbs like saw palmetto and nettle roots can be easily found in any health store near you.

My dearest friend, I know all too well how it feels like to have hair loss. Embarrassments, frustrations and a huge dip in self confidence as well as hundreds of other bad things come hand in hand with baldness and hair loss.

I understand that, anyone that has hair loss problems (probably you) is looking for the miracle way to cure it quick, cheaply and permanently. But does such miracle cure really exist? Not really.

Arthritis Remedies
You know you have a problem because of increased pain from old injuries, or you feel you are just plain wearing out, it may be joint pain that is constant or it comes and goes. It is always best to be correctly diagnosed, in order to differentiate Osteoarthritis from Rheumatoid Arthritis, or bursitis, or perhaps a ligament or tendon injury.

How you elect to be treated is up to you. There are several options. In this article we will discuss the most common form which is Osteoarthritis. This is basically a wear and tear form of degeneration with an inflammation component. We have discussed some dietary considerations in previous articles, now its time to look at which medications you will choose.

You can go down the medical pharmaceutical pathway, with a variety of non steroidal anti-inflammatory. Some of these have been known to cause digestive problems. some have been withdrawn from sale. But the trade off is they do help. In the natural world there are a number of options. Glucosamine is important at a dose of 1500mg per day. There is good evidence to show it helps arthritis. It is claimed to regrow cartilage. This is a tall order and would take a considerable amount of time.

Chondroitin sulfate and MSM-Methyl Sufonyl Methane are also very popular. There is little hard evidence to support their use. However I know people who swear by it. I have given my dog a combination of Glucosamine, MSM and Chondroitin for the past 8 years. She is now 16 and still acts like a puppy and still able to climb our stairs. In the herbal category the best are Boswelia, also know to many as Frankincense, Turmeric, Hops and Rosemary. These plants have been clearly demonstrated to have a strong anti inflammatory effect.

The next group of herbs include, Ginger, Devils claw, Celery seed and Guaiacum. These have a traditional use without the hard supporting evidence.

There are many natural creams and gels to rub on, my favorites are homeopathic based, and they work. An important note with any topical application is that you have to give it time to work. Apply twice daily for 30 days and you will get pain relief. Also if you wrap the painful joint in plastic kitchen wrap after applying the cream then it will penetrate better.

Severe arthritic pain may require a combination of pharmaceutical and natural approaches to get the best effect.

I strongly recommend using the best combination for your best pain relief. I know people who suffer who refuse to take the natural supplements because they are perceived as unscientific, I know others who will happily drink copious alcohol on a Saturday night but refuse to take some paracetamol for their pain as they think anything from a drug company is dangerous.

My answer is always the same, get smart and relieve pain or remain in ignorance and feel the pain.

Have fun & stay well

Hi Ian Newton here. I am a Naturopath from Australia. I have a specific clinical interest in Arthritis, pain, Weight Loss, Detoxification and Stress Management. Severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Do You Know the Signs?
Do you think you may have carpal tunnel syndrome? The symptoms of severe carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) can develop gradually over time. The first sign to watch out for is just a slight or nagging ache in your wrist or hand.

You need to be aware of changes in sensation, such as burning or tingling in the palm of the hand and the fingers, especially the thumb, index, middle, and one-half of the ring finger. These feelings may come and go at first.

Carpal tunnel sufferers frequently report tingling at night. As the syndrome progresses, you may experience tingling during the day. The tingling and burning may eventually result in numbness in your thumb and first 3 fingers.

I want to point out here that you should not get confused if you are experiencing tingling or numbness in your pinky or little finger. People who suffer from severe carpal tunnel syndrome do not suffer with this symptom.

Carpal tunnel sufferers also experience pain as a symptom. You may first notice this at night when you are sleeping. You may find that the pain awakens you and notice your wrist may be in a flexed position. This is not normal!

You may feel the need to shake out your hand or wrist to get some temporary relief. As your day goes on, the pain may increase in intensity and severity.

Your symptoms may be magnified by performing simple, everyday tasks such as holding your phone, reading, or driving. Some people report that holding a fork brings on symptoms!

If you allow your CTS to go untreated, your symptoms will become more frequent and debilitating, to the point where it impacts your daily life. Again, if left untreated, severe carpal tunnel syndrome may cause you to experience pain in your arm.

Other signs and symptoms of CTS may include:

* Fumbling and clumsiness, dropping things frequently.
* Fingers feeling useless and swollen (even though little or no swelling is apparent)
* Decreased grip strength, making it difficult to form a fist, grasp small objects, or perform other manual tasks.
* Difficulty telling the difference between hot and cold by touch.

In severe cases, the muscles at the base of the thumb will waste away. Don't let your symptoms go that far.

Real Treatments For Natural Hair Regrowth
It seems to be an inevitable thing that if you're getting older, you're going to someday experience a loss in the amount of hair on your head.

Even nowadays those in their teen years are looking for ways to grow their hair back. There are actually some treatments for natural hair regrowth that are worth your consideration. They are not only cheap solutions to a growing problem, but they often times result in very little side effects.

So before you even consider spending a fortune on the newest products for baldness that hits the market, consider some steps to regrowing hair naturally. Let's look at two great tips for natural hair growth.

One little exercise I'm sure you've heard about in stimulating growth without the use of any chemical product is that of scalp massage. Now before you say that you've heard this before, look at this unique twist to this.

Instead of using just your hands and fingertips alone to increase blood flow to the scalp, try adding essential oils to the process. Two of the best ones are rosemary oil and jojoba oils. Most herb shops contain these but if you can't find it near you, then by all means check out a few online sites.

If 15 minutes of simple scalp massage doesn't float your boat, then consider a proven method for unclogging your follicles so that they have room for growth.

Just grab a teaspoonful of olive olive and rub it into any thinning hair areas. Leave this on overnight and rinse out the following morning with a mild shampoo. Speeding up hair growth naturally is now the new alternative that's saving people like you a ton of money.

Thyroid Disorders and Weight Gain
Overseeing the functioning of the thyroid gland is the pituitary gland, which is located at the base of the brain. It is ultimately responsible for telling the thyroid how much thyroid hormone to release into the body. When the thyroid hormone levels in the body decrease then the pituitary gland releases Thyroid Stimulating Hormones (TSH) that then signal to the thyroid that it's time to produce more thyroid hormones. And if there is an excess amount of thyroid hormone in the body then the pituitary gland stops releasing TSH into the blood stream and as a result the thyroid secretes less thyroid hormone into the body.

When the body is functioning properly, there is a balance between TSH and thyroid hormone levels in the body, and our bodies are working at optimal levels. However, too much or too little TSH and thyroid hormones can signal a variety of symptoms, one of which is weight gain.

An over active thyroid, or hyperthyroidism can result in symptoms such as trembling, insomnia, breathlessness, fatigue and more. It is often compared to having had too much coffee. An under active thyroid or hypothyroidism however, has been blamed for such debilitating symptoms as: fatigue, muscle cramps, depression, irritability and weight gain, among others.

Weight gain is perhaps the most common symptom of an under active thyroid. While there are many reasons why your thyroid isn't producing the levels of hormone that is required by the body, the results are often the same. This hormone which regulates the body's metabolism is not producing enough hormone and as a result the body's cells require less energy, therefore more energy is stored as sugar and fat in the body. Even though people with hypothyroidism often consume less calories than other people, the body is functioning so sluggishly that very few of those calories are being burned as fuel.

While weight gain has been clearly identified as a significant symptom of an under active thyroid, this problem is only exacerbated by additional symptoms such as fatigue, muscle cramps and weakness. How is one to increase their activity level if there are other physical reasons preventing them from doing so?

Once your thyroid has been diagnosed as hypothyroidism, your Doctor will likely start you on a thyroid hormone regime and will closely monitor your progress. Dosage will be strictly monitored because too much hormone can be as adverse as too little. Once you begin hormone therapy however, the body will begin to balance out and your metabolism should start to function properly again. As always though, check with your Doctor prior to starting any weight loss program, but weight loss is generally easier once the thyroid levels have been stabilized.

Running to Burn Belly Fat - Why is Running a Great Cardio to Get Flat Abs
Running is one of the greatest cardio workouts to burn belly fat. Why is it so effective?

The reason why running is so effective is multi-fold:

1. Running incorporates virtually every muscle group into each movement you make. You move your arms and legs but your chest, back, shoulders, and stomach are also working with each step. This means that running actually works the muscles and isn't just a cardio workout.

2. Running is highly intensive, or at least can be as long as you do it fast enough. Unlike other cardio workouts like the elliptical, for instance, running to burn belly fat or body fat in general is so effective because it's an intensive workout. You just burn more calories per minute doing it than most other workouts.

3. Sprinting is a secret abs workouts. If you want to get flat abs, try this form of accelerated running for a month. Run 10 laps of 20 yards each but do it as fast as you can. Without noticing it, you abs muscles will be straining like crazy. At the end of a month, they will be much stronger. Sprinting is just another way running can be used to get flat abs.

4. I love running because you're not limited to doing it in the gym or with a special machine. You can run on the beach, in your local park, or in the street (watch out for cars). This makes running an affordable way to stay in shape and one that is easy to maintain.

Of course, running itself isn't enough to ensure you get flat abs. You have to eat right for that as well, but if you're looking for a quick way to burn belly fat, this is the cardio workout for you.

Hypothyroidism Diets, Can You Really Lose Weight?
Are you suffering from hypothyroidism and are struggling to lose weight? You are probably thinking to yourself that it is impossible to lose weight. Or maybe you have heard somebody say that weight loss is impossible if you suffer from hypothyroidism.

Let me tell you that you are not alone. Anyone who is hypothyroid and has tried to lose weight has been there. Most, unfortunately, give up too early. A lot of people try really hard and give it serious effort. But, as it turns out it is only for a short time then they give up.

The human body can be compared to a machine. A machine that is wonderful and amazing with all its various functions and processes. It's almost too easy to take it for granted.

We have to remember that it is an organic machine and even though we are mostly the same under the skin our bodies can respond a little differently from the next person's body. So even though your best friend was able to drop weight in no time doesn't mean that you can. You may have to try different things that will get your body to respond. Then if your body stops responding to that stimulus you need to change it up again.

It is possible to lose weight even if you are suffering from hypothyroidism but you will have to be realistic with regards to how much weight you intend to lose and in what time frame. It is good to have goals and I encourage you to set goals for yourself but those goals have to be attainable otherwise you will be setting yourself up for failure.

Remember, you have hypothyroid disease which by its very nature slows your metabolism. This is why you can sleep all night and still get up the next day feeling fatigued. Likewise you may have noticed that it has become hard to lose weight or you even noticed that the numbers on the scale have gotten higher. This is not your fault. Accept it, treat it and move on.

So how do you have success with a hypothyroidism diet?

To be able to lose weight you need to regain control over your metabolism. This can be accomplished by working with your doctor. They will prescribe some form of hormone treatment and will monitor your levels until they stabilize.

One of the drugs commonly used for this is called Synthroid.

The point to this is to increase your metabolism. Raising your metabolism is the key to boosting your weight loss.

Overall your main goal should be to become a healthier person. Don't get wrapped up in becoming super thin. Set a realistic goal to become healthier by improving your cardiovascular system, to eat healthy and to try to lose some of that unwanted weight.

If you train yourself to think like this you'll be amazed at the success you will achieve with your hypothyroidism diet.

Easy Ways to Lose Stomach Fat With Cardio
In the next few minutes you will see how the proper use of cardio can make you lose stomach fat fast. Have you heard that cardio is dead? This is not true. There are lots of cardio exercises that you can use to burn fat fast if you do it correctly. I will quickly tell you a few exercise tips that will help you to lose that stubborn belly fat quickly.

1. You don't need slow steady cardio like running on a treadmill slowly for hours. If you just run on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a time, it won't help much, because this is how long it takes for your body to go into fat burning mode. And If you stop doing the workout, your body stops burning fat.

2. Not training with high intensity means wasting your time and you will not get a flat belly. That means you need to spend your time on moderate or high intensity workouts. With high intensity training you give your metabolism a big boost and you end up burning much more calories. If you can read the paper or watch TV while you exercise you are not training hard enough. Step up your cardio routine with harder work.

3. Use some weights. It is stupid to think that weight lifting is only for serious bodybuilders or people that want to gain weight. The leanest and most ripped people in the world are training with free weights. And this includes females as well. Weight training is important if you want to lose stomach fat fast. After a heavy weight training session, your body has been stimulated and it still goes on burning fat instead of carbs.

4. Get variation. Your body is a lot smarter then you think. If you keep doing the same thing over and over and for the same amount of time, your body will stay the same. It will not improve. You need to step it up and do heavier weights and more intense workouts so that your body has to work extra hard to keep up, thus burning the fat and building the muscle.

5. Do cardio early in the morning. For big results you need to do your cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. During this time your stored cabs are low and you will burn more fat, because your body needs to burn off the carb you eat first. It also raises your metabolism for the rest of day, burning more carbs during your day.

Also remember that a good nutrition is very important. Without the correct diet you won't be able to get that flat stomach.
