Registrants from the U.S. whose registration forms and payments are received on
or before August 31, 2001 will be mailed their badges in advance of the
meeting. Take advantage of this great service and register by August 31, 2001.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
For registration to be processed, the appropriate registration fee must be
received with your registration form. Registration forms received without
payment will be considered received on the date the payment arrives.
Register promptly to take advantage of the early-bird discounts!
Attendees from the U.S. whose registrations are received by
August 31, 2001
will be mailed their badge in advance of the meeting. If you do not send your
registration form to arrive by
October 5, 2001,
plan to register on-site. A registration confirmation will be sent, by fax, to
all who register by
September 14, 2001.
To verify receipt of your registration, please call ExpoExchange at
301-694-5243.
The AAPS Office will be closed October 18-25, 2001 while staff is at the AAPS
Annual Meeting and Exposition.
SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION
Advance registration is required to guarantee participation in a Short Course.
Enrollment for each course is limited to 85 participants and processed on
a first-come, first-served basis.
A minimum of 50 registrants per course is required. AAPS reserves the right to
cancel the course if minimum enrollment is not reached by
August 31, 2001.
To register for a Short Course, complete the
Registration Form
and add the additional fee to your registration payment. If you cancel your
Short Course registration by
September 14, 2001,
the registration fee will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No
refunds will be issued for Short Course registrations canceled after September
14th; however, a replacement registrant from the same company may be
substituted at any time without penalty. Non-members substituting for members
will need to pay any difference in the registration fees. All refunds will be
issued after
November 30, 2001.
SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION
Spouse/guest registration is available for $50 during the early-bird
registration and advance registration periods.
Please note:
Spouse/guest registration increases to $55 after
September 14, 2001.
If you plan to bring your spouse or an adult guest, please complete the
appropriate information on the
Registration Form
and add the additional registration fee to your remittance. The registration
includes admission to the Opening Session, Welcome Reception and Exposition.
This registration does not allow access into any of
the lecture sessions, nor are spouse/guest registrants eligible for CE credits.
CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDITS
The University of Wisconsin is an approved provider of continuing
pharmaceutical education. AAPS will offer a maximum of 6 hours for Short Course
attendance, 3½ and up to 21 hours for attending the AAPS Annual Meeting and
Exposition. Please note CE fees must be paid at the time of registration
or on-site. CE will not be available after the meeting has occurred.
Please Note:
exhibitor booth personnel are eligible for CE credits. CE fees apply to all
registrants (except spouse/guest and exposition only registrants).
INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS

Deadline for requests:
September 14, 2001.
If you require express delivery by FedEx, DHL or another delivery service,
please include account number or credit information for payment of express
delivery. Otherwise, allow up to three weeks for postal delivery.
If paying registration fee by bank wire transfer, e-mail
registration@aaps.org
for instructions. Registrations will not be processed until payment is
received.
EXPOSITION ONLY
You may register, on-site only, to view the commercial exhibits in the exhibit
hall during scheduled exhibit hours from Monday through Wednesday for $40 per
person, per day. No advance registration will be accepted. This registration
fee does not include admittance to any scientific sessions, the Opening Session
or receptions.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the AAPS Office via
fax, 703-243-5582, or e-mail your request to
registration@aaps.org
. Registration refunds will be issued for all cancellation requests received by
September 14, 2001
less a $100 administrative fee for members and non-members, and a $30
administrative fee for students. Refunds will not be issued for requests
received after
September 14, 2001
; however, you may register a substitute from the same company for the 2001
Annual Meeting and Exposition at any time without penalty. Please note that
non-members substituting for members will need to pay any difference in the
registration fees. All refunds will be issued after
November 30, 2001.
