Terms & Conditions

  1. USE: 

    Meeting rooms are for the exclusive use of 2001 AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition exhibitors.
     
  2. HOURS OF OPERATION: 

    Meeting rooms will be open only during official Exposition hours:  Monday, October 22 – 12:00 noon – 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, October 23 – 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, October 24 – 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  3. WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH 20’ X 20’ ROOM:   

    Rental includes MIS walls, carpet, headtable and four chairs, theater seating for 10 people, one electrical outlet, one VHS-VCR and monitor, identification sign on exterior of room, and daily cleaning.  Exhibitor is responsible for any other furnishings desired and must order additional equipment, furnishings or catering from the appropriate official contractor. Order forms will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

  4. WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH  20’ X 30’ ROOM

    Rental includes MIS walls, carpet, headtable and four chairs, theater seating for 20 people, one electrical outlet, one VHS-VCR and monitor, identification sign on exterior of room, and daily cleaning.  Exhibitor is responsible for any other furnishings desired and must order additional equipment, furnishings or catering from the appropriate official contractor.  Order forms will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

  5. ADMISSION: 

    Since the meeting rooms are located in the Exposition Hall, all persons desiring entrance to the rooms must be properly registered for the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition.  Exposition-Only registrations are available on-site for $40 per person, per day.   A limited amount of coupons for complimentary Exposition-Only registrations will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

  6. PROGRAM LISTING: 

    Exposition Hall Meeting Room schedules will be published in the Final Program and the Exhibit Guide.  Information for publication must be received at AAPS by July 23, 2001.  Your company name will be listed exactly as written on the reservation form.

  7. RESERVATIONS: 

    Meeting room reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.  Call 703-248-4784 to check on availability of rooms.

  8. GUIDELINES, TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

    All exhibit guidelines and terms listed on the Exhibit Space Reservation Contract and in the Exhibiting Information section of the Exhibit Service Manual apply to the Exposition Hall Meeting Rooms.
