Exhibit Fees
Booth rental fees are as follows:

10’ X 10’ standard = $3,150

Each corner location = $100 additional per corner

Non-Profit
Upon request, non-profit organizations will receive a 50% discount on booth rental fees. Non-profit rates have limited availability. Inquire for current availability.

Affiliated Events
AAPS exhibitors can reserve meeting rooms constructed on the exhibit floor. Book these rooms for:

These rooms will be available only during official exhibit hours. Go to rental prices and application form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to use the meeting room for employment interviews, remember that the candidate must be registered for the Exposition in order to be admitted into the Exhibit Hall. Exposition Only registration will be available on-site in Denver at $40 per person.

If you are interested in holding events outside of official exposition hours, such as breakfasts or hospitality functions, at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition in Denver, reserve your meeting space today. Meeting rooms for hospitality functions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors will receive a complimentary allotment of registrations based on the size of exhibit space booked. Information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
