Amy J. Miller Named AAPS Director of News and Information
Alexandria, VA -- February 25, 2000 -- AAPS Executive Director John "Jack" B. Cox announced that Amy J. Miller has been promoted to Director of the News and Information Department at AAPS.
Miller will oversee the association's strategic communications planning, public relations program, web site and newsmagazine. She previously served as Senior Manager, News and Information. She has worked at AAPS since 1991.
Miller is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the National Association of Science Writers (NASW) and the American Society of Association Executives' (ASAE) Communication Section.
