How to Join the AAPS Mentoring Program
There are 3 easy steps to joining the AAPS Mentoring Program:

Read the information on "AAPS Mentoring Program Framework" located on the
web. This site gives information on the intent of the program and roles/expectations
of mentors and mentees in the program.

Next, complete the mentor or mentee form (or both) located under the heading
"A Form for Prospective Mentors" or "A Form for Prospective Mentees, respectively.
Links to these forms are located at the bottom of the "AAPS Mentoring Program
Framework" site. To return your form(s), you have two options: 1) you can
fill out the form on your computer and submit it electronically, or 2) you
can print off the form, fill it out, and send it to the address listed at
the bottom of the form.

Last, download the "Information and Agreement Form" (a PDF file). Print
and read this form. If the terms are acceptable to you, sign and date the
form and return it to the same location as you sent the Mentee/Mentor form.
Please note that in order to be part of this program, this form must be
completed and turned in.
Once your forms are received, the person coordinating the program should contact
you no later than 2-3 weeks from the date you submitted the forms to at least
acknowledge that your request has been received. PLEASE be patient during the
matching process. Depending on how specific your request for a mentor or mentee
is, it may take some time to make an appropriate match.
